We require two documents for KYC verification: a government-issued ID and a selfie. Your government ID can be your KTP (Indonesian national ID), passport, or driver's license. Payments and transactions
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Your tier status affects your processing priority. Bronze and Silver tier members receive standard processing (24 hours). Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members receive priority processing (4–8 hours). Once your withdrawal is approved, the funds are transferred to your registered payment method. E-wallet transfers (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) typically arrive within subject to verification. Bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) typically arrive within 1–2 business hours. During holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may take longer due to bank closures. You can check your withdrawal status in your account transaction history.
We support deposits starting from a minimum amount via all payment methods. E-wallet deposits (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) have no maximum limit; you can deposit as much as your e-wallet balance allows. Bank virtual account transfers (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) also have no maximum limit.
